Sometimes keyguard is switched back on shortly after running the task. But strange enough, (b) - switching off keyguard with tasker - does not always work: Sometimes, everything is fine after running the referring task. The only differences to normal use: (a) start the app tinycam Monitor every 2h so that this app is typically in the foreground when the device is started from standby and (b) set keyguard to "off" so that switching the device on from standby will immediately show the monitored picture without a lockscreen. I am trying to setup my Lenovo A1 (rooted but still original 2643 GR Firmware) as a monitor for my security cams. I am not sure if I fully understand the threadopeners problem - but maybe I have a similar issue:
